People that get the most kills should get the better rewards. Even in crucible someone with 0 kills will get better rewards than the top player. It makes no sense at all

See above. I'm not saying my way is the only way. Just some sort of merit based system.

I disagree, it should be based on the amount of kills you get, not who gets the most kills. Otherwise, you could get a ton of kills but if someone else gets even one more than you he gets better rewards.
