Yeah.. I've noticed. Sliced up a sunbreaker in trials last night and he just slid with me. Then turned and put a hammer in my gut. Hit a guy with golden gun twice and he just looked at me like "that tickled" and domed me with no land. This is why I still play fallout after beating it... Trying to platinum it now.

Not sure.. I'm only level 40.. I believe you can get em all..

that's cool if you can although if you were to play it on pc you could just use console commands to give yourself all the perks anyway
