true destiny was out earlier BUT bungie did industrial espionage and stole development papers from treyarch while bo3 started development in 2009. treyarch will sue bungie and most propably will affect us gamers. if bungie has to pay much, then there will be shortage of materials inside Destiny. Lets brace ourselves and hope for the best guardians!
