Psion Flayer mantle "Dusk Palace" drop question.
So I've done countless heroic strikes and rarely done the Dusk Palace strike because the strike rotations are absolutely atrocious and I haven't gotten a single Psion Flayer mantle to drop, so I was wondering if it's possible to get the Psion Flayer mantles from the normal strikes by selecting the Dusk Palace strike on Mars from orbit?

Best chance to drop it is when it's up as a NF strike.
