Bungie - please add the following light level difficulties to both the Vault of Glass and the Crota's End raids.
[u]290 Light[/u] - Uses Hard Mode mechanics with whatever the appropriate level enemies are. Chance for armor or secondary loot.
[u]310 Light[/u] - Uses Hard Mode mechanics with whatever the appropriate level enemies are. Maybe you sneak in some surprises or Taken enemies. Chance for armor or secondary loot. Primary loot for Atheon/Crota.
Loot for the raids should be Y2 levels, which means infuse-able, and can be new items entirely or even original Raid items with primary burns removed for consistency with the Y2 weapon attribute paradigm. Though, if you allow a Y2 Mythoclast, solar damage is appropriate for sure, since primary burns seem to be "exotic" these days, and the Mythoclast is a special weapon that can be equipped as a primary.
You have a lot of great content available to play [in my opinion the Vault of Glass was the best raid to date, with a perfect balance between mechanics execution and battle], but not many people playing it because there isn't any incentive to play it. Give us those challenges along with the chance to get some new loot [or even old loot with no burns], and you'll find these activities get a lot more attention. Updating this sort of content as you go along will yield a lot of good will and keep the entire library of your work fresh and relevant.
It's just sitting there - why not give it back to us?

If anything I think they should bring back the old raids with increased light level for both gear and weapons. If they bumped overall light to 340 it would keep players grinding for another month or two.
