Destiny ripped off Black Ops 3!?
So I finally picked up Black Ops 3 after all this time and then things got really weird. Call of Duty now has supers, and Bungie not only directly copied their super idea, but also copy pasted some of the supers! One guy does a titan slam, another guy shoots an uber revolver, another uses electricity to kill, another character uses a bow called the SPARROW (biggest giveaway)!
I can't be the only one who noticed this? How do you feel about Destiny ripping off Call of Duty: Black Ops 3? And how? I bet with both teams working with Activision somebody peeked in a folder they shouldn't have and stole somebody's hard work...

3 RepliesIf memory serves correctly, when something comes out after something else, and both said items are identical, the second one usually had to pay license terms to use the others' content, or, it is plagiarism. Last i checked, destiny was in work for 10ish years; cod has been a literal reskinning of games for about 10 years. Killing a zombie in an exo suit while using an m4 that has a different camo pattern and red dot symbol isnt any different from killing a zombie with a standard stock m4 with a stock red dot sight. But anyways, congrats on spending 80$ to play something you already owned but with different colour/camo palettes.

Great b8, I noticed bo3 copied destiny during the beta. Then the full game released and they took more subclass ideas.
