Tripod or Cluster Bombs?
So I have two Harrowed Frenzy RL's and wanna infuse one into my IB LMG but dunno which to infuse. One is 320 with cluster bombs the other is at 315 with tripod. My LMG is 305.
I was gonna infuse the 320 with cluster bombs as I never felt that the bombs did that much (from observation when using my Oneway Ticket in Y1) and tripod is a great perk to have... But then a clan mate said cluster bombs have been improved and I did notice last night that they were amazing at add clearing in Golg, in fact it looked like they were doing more damage than the initial explosion.
So my question is, has anyone else noticed this improvement on cluster bombs and what would you use out of the two for infusion?

Keep the cluster, use tripod for infusion. Tripod isn't that good of a perk when it has cocoon. You also said yourself that the clusters are great for adds.
