I keep getting the [b]chimpanzee[/b] error code ("Your account is not compatible with this version of Destiny") when I try to use the Destiny demo. I cannot play.
Before you ask, [b]NO[/b], I have [b]never played the full game[/b]. [i]Ever.[/i] On [u]any console[/u]. So don't bother asking me that despite what I already said and then ignoring me forever once I repeat myself.
What might be causing this? How can it be fixed? I've tried playing on a dummy account and it works fine, so I don't need to re-download... but that's not playing as ME.

Hey Xystra! Sorry to hear about your issues. I believe the original demo that was available for the Xbox 360 is no longer available. Please see this article; https://www.bungie.net/en/help/article/12406 which states, "Note: Players on PlayStation3 and Xbox 360 will lose access to the Destiny Demo starting 9/3/15. A new version of the Demo will be available for download at a later date." I am unsure if a new demo was added to the marketplace, but can you check the Microsoft Store for a new copy of the demo?
