It might be(is) OP In pvp. Weapons if light, a high impact sniper and you're set. Just place your bubble in a corner so people have to come directly at you but you just body shot them.

Is that proved? My trials team tested it and black hammer didn't body shot with WoL. It was trials though so maybe the light levels made it screwy.

In normal pvp you can body shot people with WoL
