I think being able to shoot outside the bubble would be a bit too strong of an ability.
I like the idea of an exotic however which prevents anyone from being able to look into the bubble though. Would be cool for PvP, and you could apply it to PvE as well by making any enemies be unable to see anyone who is in the bubble.

It sounds good, but wouldn't that make ward of dawn less effective for PvP? No one would dare run into a bubble without knowing who's inside. And wouldn't it make Saint 14 pretty useless?

Drop a bubble and then run off, the people would assume you're in there, then just use your bubble as like a home base.

Depends on how you use it in pvp, and since you would have to wear an exotic to gain that ability, you wouldn't be able to have that an use saint 14 at the same time.

I know that, it's just why use Saint 14 when you can make everyone blind to your presence without them walking in. No one would use Saint 14
