[b]As the targets star appearing, Anumi slams a fist into the ground. All the targets present jitter then fall to pieces. She leaves a small crater where her fist has impacted. Hidden power. The machine doesn't even register the rest of the targets before giving a broken score of 948/45. The red-haired woman whistles in amazement.[/b]

"Hmm." [i] Lance mumbles something under his breath before looking at Anumi.[/i] "I asked you because I was curious, not so you can prove me anything."

[b]Anumi pouts and folds her arms. She turns to Mallana, who only gives her a sheepish smile. Unsure, of what to do with herself, she stands motionless.[/b]

"If you're angry, take it out on something that can fight back." [i] Lance straightens up and walks towards her.[/i]

[i][u]"What?! You mean like hit you?! And what?! Solidify that I'm a freak and monster?!"[/u][/i] [b]Mallana rolls her eyes and quickly disappears from the room. Anumi hangs her head, her skin crawling with frustration.[/b]

[i][u]"No? Hmph."[/u][/i] [b]She takes a step backwards only to bump into a newly appeared Damien. He quickly sends a palm to her forehead. It causes her to go limp and collapse into his arms. He doesn't say a word.[/b]

[i]Lance's figure blurs and he appears in front of Damien, his arms crossed.[/i] "Damien, please." [i]Lance asks genuinely, his eyes looking at Anumi in his arms.[/i]

[i]"I'm taking her home."[/i] [b]Damien's words sound like water over stones. His eyes have a soft dazzle about them.[/b]
