Bungie needs to put their money where their mouth is. They always speak of "we'retaking reports seriously", "we are bringing down the ban hammer", etc. Yet NOTHING indicates that this is the case. If this were true, events like Iron Banner and Trials would be getting better, not worse. Even Bungie's twitch personality LacedUpLauren is calling this Red Bar Banner because of how out of control this IB is. This is without question the worse Iron Banner with Lag Switchers I have ever seen. I've played them all to rank 5 and none have ever been this bad. Yeah you might see the occasional lagger here and their. So what? It happens. BUT ENTIRE FIRETEAMS OF 6 PEOPLE WHO GO FROM GREEN TO RED WHEN THEY FALL BEHIND IS BLATANTLY OBVIOUS CHEATING AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE. Bungie has this "oh we don't want to shame the player" mentality. BS. Those players lost their right to not be exposed when they cheated. I want to see a list of every single player banned or suspended. Other games I've played have lists for offenders. Actual criminal records of a person can easily be looked up. Why the hell are we protecting the ONLINE IDENTITY of someone who has been caught cheating and manipulating the game? It's not like we actually know who you are in real life. How else is Bungie going to prove they have actually done anything? If something was being done, why have I run into the same person, both in Trials of Osiris and Iron Banner, reported him for his blood red connection that magically only happens when his team falls behind? Two weeks ago or so my team was 8-0 in Trials and play against this douche and his team falls behind 0-2 and then all the connections go red and they sweep up the next 5 games. Then last night I run into his team AGAIN in Iron Banner on Twilight Gap and it's the same thing. Green connection until his team falls behind by 3000 points, then they lag to victory. I made a very strong point to report every single player, but will anything be done? I doubt it because he has already been reported and is still playing. The cheaters of this game have figured this out. That regardless of what they do, they will probably get away with it because of Bungie's inability to act. Bungie, for me, and every other player who is pissed off by this awful Iron.... Excuse me Red Bar Banner event, PUT UP OR SHUT UP. WE ARE CALLING YOU OUT. PROVE YOUR DOING SOMETHING.
