Watch MIDA Multi-Tool get nerfed next...
Considering the circumstances it appears as if the new meta for Iron Banner, if not PvP as a whole, is none other than MIDA Multi-Tool. Knowing that Bungie is all too predictable, can anyone guess what will get nerfed next? Lol i'm sure you guessed it. It's quite pathetic how Bungie handles shit like this. Instead of nerfing the gun, like i'm sure their planning on doing in the near future, why not buff all other primary weapons? If they nerf one thing, another player-base favorite will sure enough coalesce. It doesn't take a genius to see that you're losing a good number of your players because of shit like this Bungie. Think twice if not three times before you think about nerfing another great gun please.

Instead of High Caliber Rounds being permanent they should switch it with Armor Piercing rounds.

The way bungie is, it's more easier to nerf mida. I use it sometimes, it's overpowered. Tbh, all it needs is a little stability nerf and to get rid of the secret perk, high caliber rounds because it makes you stagger way too much.

You an do think alike. As much as I don't want it to be nerfed it's more than likely will. Which causes me to worry since autos may be next after the nerf that's coming to mida and snipers.

I have been killed by a huge variety of weapons in IB this week. Mida, hung jury, various shotguns, fusion rifles etc.

bleh I see Snipers getting it first. Snipers get the boot and everything else gets a buff. In about 4 months anyway

Yep, the writing is on the wall, and i agree with you about buffing , instead of nerfing, 50% of my pvp deaths are from Mida now, do i care? No... just annoyed, that they let xur sell it. Now its everywhere.

I do better with arminius d than mida. If I'm already doing good with it and mida gets nerfed autos can be king again. I ALWAYS beat pulse rifles. And close/mid arminius beats mida.

If they do it, I'm done playing this game. Nerf Gods are just too damn powerful in the world of Destiny and Bungieslaves comply to their requests too often now.

It's not the Midas fault, it When the hawk saw was the shit, other pulse rifles could counter it if you got a better roll on the weapon, it's just scout rifles in general right now.

1 ReplyI was away from the game for 7 weeks since fallout 4 dropped. I popped in when I heard the MIDA was back, and since I had it during year one I just grabbed it from the blueprints, then I split without even trying it. I went into the raid with it yesterday, and it was how I remembered it. After months of using and rotating through the hung jury, tlaloc, raid scout, Boolean Gemini, etc etc, I immediately saw the difference and remembered why I loved that gun. Enemies can't shoot at you or even run while you're slamming them, it just stops them in their tracks and wrecks them where they stand. I did the daily with it today and I noticed it there too, the enemies never got near me, and since shotguns seem to blow ass now it was pretty cool keeping the enemies off me, especially those frigging warping side shifting taken mofos. It was my favorite non elemental primary in year one. If these frigging numbskulls nerf the mida I swear to Christ it will be the last straw for me, and I'll be done forever. I don't do PVP, but for me the mida is a hell of a lot of fun in PVE. Bungie, you nerf that gun and you can kiss my ass in Macy's window.

Yep last 3 weeks nothing but posts about: nerf MIDA And nerf warlock stormtrance I'm sure February or March will kill MIDA and stormcaller And will be due to roughly 15% of the player base crying But bungie is not that smart it won't just be the MIDA it will be the entire scout rifle class. Just like hand canons. When only thorn need rebalancing
