[i]Light is lying under a warp coil on her ship, attempting to repair the mess left from her last engineer., her mood hadn't really improved since last night and worse still she was pretty sure she was sobering up.[/i]
" Will Someone Please Go And Get My Scotch!!"
[i] All the junior engineers are suddenly busy.[/i]

"Now what did they do to you?" [i] She hears a familiar voice from out from under the ship.[/i]

" They tried to fix my god damn warp drive, themselves!!" [i] She shiggles out from under the warp coil , and smiles at the owner of the voice.[/i] " Well there is a sight for sore eyes"

[i] Lance stands in his armor, minus the mask, his three katanas at his side and his emblem of a yin-yang over crossed swords on his chest. He holds out a bottle of scotch to her.[/i] "Call it a New Years gift."

" You - are -a Godsend!" [i] her flight suit only pulled on to the waist,the sleeves are tied round her waist. Her vest top hands and arms smudged with engine grease. As she finally gets to her feet draining the last of her flask of scotch she then opens, the bottle from Lance and takes a drink,followed by a look of relief. [/i] " so what brings you down to the hanger or was staying away just too hard?"

"I came to see what you were doing." [i] He says with a smile, stepping in and kissing her on the mouth.[/i]

[i] She tries not get him covered in engine grease hands held out to the side as she returns the kiss[/i] " oh guess who I saw last night when I got back"

[i] He raises his eyebrows.[/i]

" Etana, poor guy is bunked with rookies"

[i] Lance chuckles.[/i] "Maybe I'll pay him a visit later on."

" I think he's bunked on JT's ship. I cannot believe wht they did to my poor baby" [i] She sighs looking back at her ship.[/i]

[i] Grabbing a rag off a rail she wipes her hands, and walks over. [/i] " Well you got my attention, so you want to tell me whats up," [i] She leans casually against parts crate[/i]

A robotic voice eminates from the machine "What are youd doing bossing around my junior engineers?"

" The same junior engineers who took it upon themselves to mess with my warp drive without prior permission" [i] She raises her voice at this last bit , and three of the surrounding apprentices stare at the ground sheepishly"[/i]

"Need any help with the ship?" [b]JT asked, boarding the Avalon from his main warship and walking to her[/b]

" Well she's designed for stealth,mainly something like an emp cannon, to disable, she won't stand up to a head on fight, but she can out manoeuvre anything on this side of the galaxy, obviously some lighter hardware for covering fire but that was it really."

"Anything this side of the Galaxy? That's funny, look, want me to grab some tech for you from my ship? Got a few spare laser cannons if you need?"

" Sure ,and I don't joke about my wings man, there is a lot of things she lacks,flat out speed and tech to name two but nothing will beat her on manoeuvrability,which is why I always get called for extractions and retrievals."
