FULL WEAPONS CUSTOMIZATION
Yup it's written in black and white. Full weapon customization.
Why do we see the same weapons? No name given - this IS NOT A NERF POST.
Buy a white schematic and add stuff to it. If you break down a blue with out law - you get weapons parts to add out law to the white schematic. Scopes and sites are also taken from weapons and added for 1000 glimmer from gun smith. Two perks equals a legendary. You can break down stuff and make your own gun/site combination you chose.
If you played darksiders 2 you will know what I mean. Cursed weapons were the sht!!!!!

The annoying thing is we've already seen bungie do something like this with masks and horns, break down legendaries to make your blues legendaries and permanent

This way you don't end up with three just ridiculously overpowered perks on one gun. Kinda like class building in black ops 2. Like a gun has 12 points max for legendary. But firefly(just an example) is like 5 points so there's incentive to use other less powerful perks instead of a bunch of OP perks that would give you the ultimate weapon.
