1. You can outrun it. The travel speed of stormtrance is slower than a sprint, especially if you are a Hunter with average or higher agility. 2. If you are getting rushed head on either walk backwards while nailing head shots (don't bother weaving left and right it will only shorten the distance between you two and will make it harder to aim for you) or if he is too close jump directly over him ( as this will cause him to stop firing lighting death while he locks onto you again, potentially giving you time to shotgun/melee) 3. If you have a tripmine or fusion grenade stick him, he will likely kill you, but will be killed shortly after. 4. Bait him into cover. If you disrupt the sight lines (e.g. Put a pillar or wall between you two) the Jedi unlimited power will stop firing. If your recovery is high enough, this will give you time to regen some health until the super is over. 5. Take one for the team. Stormtrance is excellent at slaughtering entire teams, the longer he takes to kill you, the less time he has to rain magnificent dark side force lightening onto your friends. If you can waste 12 or so of those seconds, even if he kills you the rest of your team will be thankful. From: A Stormcaller main
