Lets talk about Stormtrance
Yes I'm crying. Yes I'm complaining. No this isn't b8. And yeah I just happen to be a hunter. However I am also looking for an answer to a question. How do I kill a stormcaller with no super?
"Shoot him, huntard!": Well I tried that. He shocked me and killed me.
"No, dumbass. You gotta shoot him in the head with a sniper": Hmm. Tried that too. He teleported through it and killed me again.
"Are you retarded? You got to shoot him while he activates it." Good idea! Oh wait. Unlike any other super he attacks everyone near him with landfall which has a hidden perk of blinding nearby foes.
"Get those huntard loving teammates of yours to shoot him together." Well that didn't work either cause one guy got hit and it chained to everyone and killed us. Then he did it again since he still had time.
"Just run away, stupid." Well I tried to but he is faster than me and the super lasts for about 20 seconds.
So did I leave any viable options out? And since its temporary, heavy doesn't count. That lightning sound it sending me away like sunbreaker did

As a warlock i can say stormtrance is brutal, im not sure how you can't take out one. Id much rather stick with nova bomb.

Yes you did.. use your supers. They dont take that long to activate and GG kills instantly. Shadowshot also kills.

Oh ya and it can take out a titan at highest point of highest lift while flat on ground. The range needs to get cut along with duration. I know many warlocks who use that class that say it should of been balanced before sunbreaker. It needs to be balanced. Im tired of warlocks just running to get near ppl so they can activate it. Name one super that can kill ppl just being near it when activated. Oh ya, nova bomb and fist of havoc dont count because its single area of effect.

I usually throw a smoke (venom of course) and a grenade down at the same time than shoot him with a shotgun yes it kills me too but I stop him going on a spree

A super is not meant to be taken down by one person without them using another super, that would be dumb, apart from gunslinger, which has the advantage of a easy aim super, you have to team shot a super.

I don't find it too hard to shut them down. Sniping them is pretty easy, and flanking them with a shotgun works well. You can't run at them expecting to go toe to toe. The super is fine, kindly stop bitching about it.

Considering their limited range, engaging the warlock at medium range or greater while falling back could do the trick. Or rockets. Rockets will work. Tripmine in a door way might work. Any class during a roaming super (or any super really) will be difficult to kill and/or also gain an increase in kill power.

Unless you got the jump on him, you're probably going to die. Unless the guy sucks. - - If you can't seem to snipe them... Next time try switching to Invective... Then just yolo charge them and hope you get lucky.

wait on the side of a doorway while crouching, when he comes through 2 shotguns to the head will do the trick. most people using stormtrance aint watchin their mini map.

It's not that hard... Just shadestep to safety. Or run, because the void class has faster sprint, i've outran all the supers besides bladedancer
