Warlock "Evade" Exotic Concept

Ethernaut: this perk allows the warlock to become ethereal for 3 seconds. While active nothing can harm the user, however the user cannot use weapons, supers, or grenades...but they can regain their health. Five second cooldown after each use.
Just something I thought of. Talk it over, let me know what you think
Edit: Yeah, you can't use your melee either, SO THERE lol

A pair of boots that lets you blink forwards, backwards or to the sides by pressing O, O seems more in the flavor of Warlocks. And to piss off both Hunters and Titans allow this ability to be used mid-air as well (I use all 3 so don't care), we'll call these boots Twilight Forfeit, or Graviton Garrison if you prefer LOL
