She grabs hold of it, but she doesn't seem to know what to do next. She stares at it with interest but acts as if she's forgotten how to drink.

He places a hand on the back of her neck and tips the glass gently towards her lips, attempting to assist her.
-
It hits her lips but she doesn't open her mouth. A small trickle of red begins to drip from her nose. The first clear sign of brain damage.
-
really not making this easy on me are you?
He takes the glass away and puts it on the desk, tilting her head up and looking into her eyes, wiping the blood away with the hem of his shirt.
-
Well... Guess not. XD
She gives him a weak smile. Her skin has begun to pale out. She moves her hand forward and grabs his arm. "You... Are a good... Friend..." The words are strained and creaky.
-
"Anumi, stop talking like that. Like you're going to die."
-
"I feel... Fine." Her face almost seems to sink in as she talks. Whether it's from pain or not is unclear. It is clear, however, that something has caused massive damage, and in a short time too.
-
"Anumi, you've got to tell me what happened and what did this to you."
-
"Caldon." The name is only thing she has said with emotion. Though, she says it with spite and anger.
-
"Who is Caldon, Anumi?"
werent you wondering what these swords do?
In a flash, Lance unsheathes his all black katana, and strangely, the midnight blade seems to drip darkness and shadows. Like simple blackness in a liquid form oozes off the metal. He presses the flat of the blade to her forehead, closing his eyes. The shadows drop off the blade, but seem to take on an essence of their own. Crawling over Anumi's skin, over her face and up through her nose, eventually covering her whole body. Her body feels ice cold, then steaming hot, alternating for nearly 30 seconds.
-
Anumi doesn't even seem to notice, but it certainly has stopped the flow of blood.
-
The shadows work throughout her body, inside and out, covering her body. Whatever damage was caused to her, internal or external, seems to knit itself back together, as if the damage was never caused.
-
The damage does seem to reverse, but her blank stare doesn't return like her complexion. Neither does her voice.
-
He sheathes the sword, knowing his blade healed her of all physical damage. Mental though...that wasn't one of its capabilities. He places a hand on the side of her face. "Anumi, say something."
-
She blinks... Though, it's more of an eyelid flutter. "Damien..."
-
"Who's Damien?" He asks gently, his hand still on her face.
-
Her mentality is shot... She doesn't seem to hear the question. She simply sits on the bed, gazing at Lance through a long drawn out blink.
-
Jesus Christ, throw me a bone here XD
Lance, guessing that's it's PTSD of sorts, takes her hand in his and holds it, sitting next to her.
-
She tilts her head in manner of strange curiosity... "I... Feel like... He is in... The room..."
-
"Who, Damien, or Caldon?"
-
"Damien..."
-
"There's no one here Anumi but me and you."
-
She scrunches her face at the shadows of the room. She watches them carefully.
-
Lance turns his head, looking where she is looking.
