How can people like Kylo Ren? He's a whiny bitch, when he was getting the information from Rey he was bloody crying. Darth Vader would not approve.

Do a side-by-side of kylo and Anakin. You will find Kylo's lines delivered in a much more organic way. We do not understand his motives or goals, but we do know he is torn between the two sides. Look at his lightsaber and its crystal for a better understanding of the character.
