Very. We use a separate app for scheduling and console-specific communication, and there are multiple events scheduled each week across all consoles. Our vets regularly host raid trainings, and just today we had two full fireteams with vets teaching Iron Banner maps and tactics on one console alone. We also host semi-regular community weekends to introduce folks to people they haven't played with before. So, yeah, very. :)
