"Wherever I walk, blood and bodies follow in my wake. Wherever I speak, my lungs burn people at the stake. They're drawn to me, like moths to a flame. It makes me crazy, it drives me insane."

Wow a lot of a**holes on here, they can't even take one thing seriously. I think the poem is about someone with a lot of troubles and stresses on their mind. Loved ones, and/or people they are surrounded by are concerned for them and believe they are trying to help, by following them, and trying to make sure they are alright all the time. Every time the person tries to tell them what's wrong, the people who believe they "helping" them get even more upset and make it about themselves without even knowing, making the actual person in distress feel even worse. Since they believe they are helping the person, they crowd them and go overboard with the "help", but it just drives the person they are trying to assist deeper into insanity.
