It's no secret - Destiny's balance sucks. The current meta is very reliant upon special weapons, whether they be shotguns or snipers, the infamous exotic hand cannon duo - Thorn and Last Word, scout rifles and burn damage. Most of the weapons that Destiny once prided themselves for are now completely useless. So, I have taken many community suggestions and my own personal ideas to create a balance patch that would hopefully fix this mess of a game.

Ice Breaker:
-Revert stats to Patch 1.1.1 (increased ammo regen speed)
Subclasses
Sunbreaker:
-Increase velocity of thrown hammers
-Reduce melee burn time to match incendiary grenade burn time
Nightstalker:
-Reduce damage enemies take from smoke grenades
-Increase enemy's movement speed while trapped in smoke grenades
Bladedancers:
-Fix an issue where a player would not have the blue glow when in Arc Blade
-Increase armor while in Arc Blade to 55%
-Add a 3 second cool down to Hungering Blade activation
Sunsingers:

-Reduce "Viking Funeral" burn time increase by 50%
Stormcallers:
-Make "Transcendence" take away grenade and melee charge upon activation
I know that this is a very extensive list that changes many things, but I believe that it will overall give a much needed increase in balance among different classes and weapons in Destiny. I'm positive that not everyone will like every change I proposed. If so, just let me know. If I hear any good suggestions, I will most certainly edit the post to incorporate them. If you agree with most things that I proposed, spread the word. Try and get Bungie's attention on this. Maybe, just maybe, we, the community, may be able to save this game and make Destiny one step closer to the game that everyone wanted it to become.

From the desk of an Autorifle user How about before you just blindly buff Autorifles, you use one for an extensive amount of time. If you land all your shots, they're not really that bad of a weapon to use

But hurt over TLALOC huh

Arc Blade needs to have its armor increased. They need to have an incentive to get in close, and being able to best them simply with a single shotgun blast makes it not worth running. I also propose the same for Sunbreaker. I also suggest that there be no passive Super charge. 10% Super charge for kills 15% Super Charge for Objectives (Flag captures/neutralize, Rift carry/score, Salvage deploy/disable) minus 10% on any death that is not a map fatality.
