I recently started playing Destiny again and made a new character and noticed a lot of things have changed; last time I played was before the first expansion. I manged to find the founder and pre-order emblems at some computer terminal but I am still missing two things that would be nice. Before these new updates, an NPC used to give all these items to me. The first I would like to receive is my red sparrow for pre-ordering the game from Game Stop. I cannot find any NPC anywhere to give me pre-order items such as this. The second is what happened to the low level vanguard armory weapons that I was able to purchase? now they are only level 40. I was hoping to outfit my new characters with some nice equipment. I still do not have any of the expansions and don't plan on buying them yet, I just wanted to play a decent shooter again and noticed these two pieces of content missing even if I still have the add-ons for them installed.
