I'm having issues with someone who is harassing myself and others, and I need to know how to go about reporting this violation of the code of conduct. I believe he's impersonating an officer and has asked someone he thought was a minor to download a known sexting app several times and since being refused, he's resorted to threats. This needs to be addressed!
