I, for one, appreciate Deej and his efforts to update us on what's going on and what to look forward to in Destiny. However, I also know that he can't just say anything he wants whenever he wants. There are information channels that decide what to say and when to say it.
That being said, I'm worried that Destiny seems to be unsure of itself. The future of Destiny is extremely unclear to me despite the vague answers we get in the weekly updates. WILL we get some substantial DLC before Destiny 2 or not? Will we just get special events from the live team throughout 2016? Do I have to wait an entire YEAR to get more story content in Destiny 2? What chances will I have to grow my Guardian in 2016 beyond level 40 and light level 320? I could go on and on.
The point is, BUNGIE doesn't seem to have a clear plan here. Maybe they do, and if that's the case then they certainly haven't given us any real indication of that. I really don't know what I'm supposed to be looking forward to in Destiny this next year or so.
I do, however, have faith in Bungie, and I suspect we'll get some pretty amazing stuff when all is said and done. Hopefully we'll get some answers in the next month or so.
WHAT DO YOU THINK? IS BUNGIE DOING ENOUGH TO INFORM IT'S LOYAL COMMUNITY?
P.S. I still love you Bungie. Destiny has taken up a substantial majority of my gaming time since beta despite it's issues and I know there's a LARGE community of people out there who feel the same. You know as well as us that we're vocal and bitchy BECAUSE we love the game (exception: trolls) not despite it. We just want Destiny to be better so we can spend more time in it without being burnt out and the burn out BEGINS with lack of info.
[Edit: Changed title to be less statement and more question. ]
