Sorry, with all the Kontrol Freek talk I couldn't resist tossing some Whodini into the mix! In any case... Do what I did, get an Xbox Elite Controller and a set of Alphas. With the interchangeable sticks you can select the height you like the most and just use the Alpha for the better texture and larger contact patch. Concave Freeks have always felt better and lasted longer than the convex styles for me, I've yet to try the green CQC Signature model that's a sort to hybrid between the two. Additionally, to cover your bags you may want to get a set of taller Freeks and a set of shorter ones to see which ones feel better. You can mitigate this somewhat by purchasing a set like the Vortex that has two different heights but you could still wind up with one Freek you didn't like. I'm four hours from Atlanta and it took eleven days for a bunch of Freeks I ordered for stocking stuffers from them to arrive.
