It's not an op subclass.
It has an awful neutral game and only has one perk (the one with charged granade and melee) setup that is a little bit too strong.
Landfall should use up more super energy when activated and the super inself lasts too long and should use more super energy faster, that's all. Also the range on the melee and super is a bit too big.
They should buff the stormcaller neutral game and nerf the super a bit.

Why the subclass is balanced now so no need to nerf it

No super should be able to wipe an entire 6 man team. And stormtrance can do that with ease and still have some left for another kill or two. That's too much. Same with hammer of sol. Also Fist of Panic should not work if I'm in the air.

You mean arc blade and how many people it can kill? Sure, make it only 3 kills per super. But you never even get more before you're killed anyway haha

The hit detection with blade dance is bad enough already you'll be extremely lucky getting a triple kill with it now a days
