The rarest emblem is the one you get for being on b.net for 7 years prior Destiny. If you claim you have one more rare you're lying to yourself.

My Shield of Heroes is rarer than that, and the Shield of Legends and Mythics are both even more rare than that.

Shield of Heroes isn't for 7 years. Pathfinder Sign is for being on since before 2013, but for Heroes, Legends, and Mythics, you had to have been Heroic, Legendary, or Mythic rank, respectively, on the Bungie forums when they locked the ranks in.

If you mean Shield of Mythics, you need to have been a Mythic member on Bungie's website prior to January 2013, at the time Title Bars froze. There's believed to be only 200 people with it, the number of active Mythics at any one time (this was never totally confirmed, but one person getting it typically coincided with another losing it).
