Ffs this never would have happened if year 2 scouts didn't -blam!-ing suck. Back when we had the vog and crota scout rifles nobody batted an eye at mida. How about instead of nerfing a weapon we bring back some year 1 favorites.

If Mida gets an actual nerf then im done with this game.

Ok, as i already got it that this post was a bait (although late), nevertheless want to add something, as the mida case is definitely a thing ppl in forum are talking about...i know, i might get hate for what i'll say now, maybe get bashed for it, but still, give a crap about it, as i simply have my own opinion about it (but not against hearing other good arguments).... Is Mida op? well, imo, there's one thing needed to be considered before answering this question...the 'crybabies'...who are the crybabies? another thing not that easy to answer, as it needs a deeper look at it...so who are the crybabies? imho, there are 2 kinds of them... first, the ones that play pvp and fail to have good games...maybe lack the skill or whatsoever...so, they jump into pvp, get ripped in pieces and therefor don't get that special moment, the joy, the satisfaction, that stimulant feeling you'll get, when having a good game, and then most times most of them simply feel the opposite and start to rage...what happens? many visit the forums and start ranting about everything, mostly guns they got killed with...and as one already started to rant about a certain gun, the guilty gun is found fast...happens very often...but are this ppl wrong? well i guess, although most times rants like this have this reason, one should not forget that there are nevertheless STILL guns that might TRULY be op, as thorn in y1 was definitely a good example...but ok, now we have a kind of crybaby trying to fight the so-called-op-guns... now the second kind of crybabies...although they use other arguments, they nevertheless crybabies too...at this side you'll also find the hugest amount of the ppl using the word 'crybaby' btw^^ although standing on the opposite side, against nerfs, the motivation behind it isn't very noble most times too^^...but same as for the other side and as some guns already proved, not always wrong too...if there's, for example a gun, many consider op and say it openly in forums, this kind of crybabies, seeing their crutch in danger, start to become very active and then the word 'crybaby' will be thrown around like it is confetti^^so (and i know now there will be many many pissed about me^^), what do you think the word crybaby is coming from?^^ from all the noble players with all their noble intensions?^^ lol, i would even go as far as saying that over 90% of them are crybabies theirselves^^ what are they doing? isn't what they do not crying too?^^ they cry the same, but maybe outloud lol xD so, how easy is it to see the truth from all these guys on both sides? without questioning the own view? ,) loved the quote i read here often: stone is overpowered, but paper is fine...sincerely scissors lol^^ maybe think about it?^^ see, to me, i could care less about pvp...i'm only an average player and when talking about destiny, the only thing i care is pve...BUT, that doesn't mean i have no exp...i'm a CoD player now since CoD4 (although stopped at Bo3 for reasons that have to do with activegreedsvision) and was always a very exp, high k/d vet player, who seen many crappy changes that i not always liked, but did i ever called anyone a crybaby? no...simple as that....but why? well, there are more than one reason, but the most important is, and now i slowly come to my point, is, that no one cares about my opinion... does anyone truly think that ANY nerf/buff was done because of crybabies on either the one or other side? to me, i absolutely don't!!! i simply doubt that! with bungie, that so often already said, that they have all the datas, collecting them, watching all we do, they don't need us to tell them...i believe the only thing we do with it is sometimes bringing it to their attention...so, all the so-called-crybaby-gid-gud-scrub-posts, are they needed? well, to me, i say hell no^^ they still will do what they think is needed^^ so what should we do? still wasting so much energy about crybaby-gid-good-scrub-posts? i doubt that...the best one could do imho, is simply posting ideas, well thought out opinions, creative posts to improve stuff....everything else is worth as much as a pimple on j-lo's butt^^ and what we also should be more annoyed about is to use our brain everytime we pissed, being careful by asking for nerfs, as although bungie still acts based on their datas, they seem to tend on nerfing only, nerf shit to oblivion, rather than actually truly balancing something! but does my wall of text changes anything? as already said, i'm only an average pvp gamer in destiny, but after read so much about mida gave it a try (after tried in y1) and believe, that YES! it is now godam powerful, so just imho the nerf isn't far away...why then maybe not trying to fight for a buff on others? I've never seen a PVP game that still has no -blam!-ing clue after a year and a half lol what a joke. BO3 was balanced from day one. Bungie you suck stop intervening and let people play the game, if they don't like it play something else

Lol, what a dumbass(not u op). Apparently Luke has never played this type of game before. There will always be a FotM, peeps are really good at figuring out what it is and will just use it. By all means, keep nerfing $hit, it's not ur fault bungie, it's just the way things are. Go play MMOs or any game that's been out for a while that requires leveling, there is always that one weapon that has the slight edge on the rest. Just sucks that pve gets hit hard by this bull$hit.(I don't pvp)

Dear Bungie, MIDA is not as overpowered as you may think. There are other weapons that do the same damage with a lesser fire rate but more impact. This simply is being used because it's an exotic which is why you see it equip on many guardians. Due to every other weapon being nerfed to shit, a scout riffle is ideal. In addition the MIDA is easier to obtain with the exotic blueprints and it has good rolls. Other scout riffles can get similar rolls. Keep nerfing everything. Becoming a guardian who progresses and gets more powerful to fight the darkness is a delusion. Everything has become less powerful. Everything worthwhile that made this game fun has been changed or removed. People develop a bond with their weapon. When you keep forcing people to abandon the weapon of their choice, it's ridiculous. I have been playing nothing but pvp and I have killed many people who had MIDA equipped with the raid scout. Stop with the nerfs already, because you are listening to the complaints of the small minority of little kids complaining over the larger community which you have slowly lost over the progression of this game, due to the decisions your company is making.

This makes me sad and I don't even play this game anymore. MIDA is nothing more than "good", any changes to it are simply going to make it worthless. Bungie truly has no clue what the **** they are doing in regards to balance in this game.
