How do you get any of them?

You can't get them anymore, you had to be a certain member level a few years ago on Bnet.

I need to roll all 3 characters with the Shield of Mythics.

It's one of the only emblem in the game that I really like, so I just put it on all of my characters.

I have yet to play with someone who has any of those emblems that I didn't already know.

You had to be a Mythic member on Bnet a few years ago. Currently, it's impossible to get again.
