I'll rate Blessing of the Speaker cause that's the only emblem I use when i'm not using hard mode or my FWC Emblem.
I rate Blessing of the Speaker 9/10.....only seen 1 or 2 people with it, in year 2 that is. It was more prevalent in Year 1
