I've been blown up by my own tripmine more times than I would care to admit. There have also been a few Golden Guns where I've missed every shot.
Jumping so high that I tether a rafter or obstruction and hearing the opponents below me laugh as they welcome me to the Thunder Dome.
Forgetting I was running Defender, running on to a flag thinking "aww yeah I'm going to smash all these fools!" Popping a bubble and promptly getting beat to death my 4 enemies.

Honestly a method I use similar to that that is rather productive is to run in as defender to a group capping a point in control and popping a bubble. Saint 14 on, they go blind, I have armour. They all die(usually). Lol.

Oh absolutely, its a viable strat using St14. This was early on and sadly I didn't have it. Once I got it though, my favorite thing is to see an opposing defender pop a bubble, running in with my St14 on and putting my bubble right inside theirs lol its glorious.

This! Is hilarious. Especially when you can tell their bubble is blessings or weapons. And mines armour. Pop mine over theirs, melee them to death. Then wave. Lol.

My most recent incident was last night. The silver lining? That kamikaze was also the game-winning kill for me.
