Being introspective around this time of year I asked myself why do I still play this game. I could point to my clear addiction or possibly the gameplay. But in reality I can firmly attest it's the people I play with. Throughout year one and now year two I've made several friends that have shared their time and similar interests with me and I could genuinely say they've enhanced my gaming experience for the better.
Shout out to my clan of idiots that include murdiusmaximus and ponethepoon. Famously funny on the forums but painfully douchy and probably smell in real life. (We all haze each other at all times)
Shout out to the rift runners, the best clan you've never heard of
Shout out to jermlumac, texastbone, cashville, rocket mama, jcope, juck2002, bob3sniper, christianedward, ritchie and many more that are always drunk and stupid with me late at night playing this god awful yet addicting and fun game
Why do you still play?

Edited by GhostRydr: 12/25/2015 8:19:54 PM1) I'm addicted and I don't care. I had hoped the latest Halo would be good enough to cure me of that addiction but, alas, that did not happen. 2) You meet new people every other successful raid/strike run. I particularly enjoy playing with other people online without being competitive about it. Cooperating towards victory and the hope of good loot is always refreshing. 3) Ridiculously fun and tight gunplay, regardless whether the game is considered flawed or repetitive.
