The Don't Touch Me Gauntlets Need to Proc Escape Artist on Blink Strike Kills
Amputated from a creature that stumbled out of a Vex gate. A vestigial defensive reflex still remains.
I like them; I like the way they look and I like the idea of a specialist invisibility/cloaking exotic, but in all honesty, in the current game they are useless and literally just sit in my vault collecting dust.
I was surprised to see that the year 2 version of the Don't Touch Me Gauntlets remained pretty much the same as the year 1 version; why can they not provide invisibility on Blink Strike kills? (I feel like providing the entire Escape Artist node - Hitting an enemy with Blink Strike grants brief invisibility for free would be a little bit too OP).
With the introduction of the Nightstalker (Vanish in Smoke) and the Sealed Ahamkara Grasps coupled with the Monte Carlo Auto Rifle, the total stealth build which was previously exclusive to the Bladedancer subclass has been outclassed as a Bladedancer does not have immediate and almost infinite invisibility; ultimately I feel that adding at least part of the Escape Artist perk to the Don't Touch Me Gauntlets will restore the Bladedancer to an aggressive stealth class which is essentially what I feel the sub-class is built to achieve.
In comparison to other Hunter Gauntlets (Sealed Ahamkara Grasps, Young Ahamkara's Spine (GS Only), Khepri's Sting (Year 1 only) and the yet to materialize Shinobu's Vow) why on earth would choose the Don't Touch Me Gauntlets for PvP or PvE?
If the Don't Touch Me Gauntlets were ever buffed as I propose, I would love to try pairing them with Fast Twitch and either Stalker or Hungering Blade; would this be far too OP or would it simply create a very good aggressive, stealth, melee/CQC class? What are your thoughts?

It would be way too OP.
