Destiny and Drug use
I'm sorry, I might go into a bit of a rant here.
But I've been noticing a trend recently where in every party I join there is at least one and usually multiple people telling tall tails about how high they are.
Now honestly, I don't care that you use whatever. Some of the people I regularly play with do some type of drug or another.
What baffles me is how some people tend to think they're somehow badasses for having the ability to pop a pill in their mouths. Nobody cares that it's "legal in your state". I'm from holland, do you think we go around advertising our drug use to every random person we meet? Not only does it make you look kind of dumb, but do you even realize there's also younger kids playing this game that might actually think it's kinda cool that you get to stay home all day, smoke weed and play video games while you're ignoring your crying child in the background?
I hate to be that guy, but damn, show some dignity.

I don't smoke everyday for years now. Much happier and productive now, maybe once in a blue moon. People that lile to talk about being or getting high are lame, do you but be a lil' Sinatra about you know?

I smoke and let my fireteam know I'm high so they know why I'm giggling at being killed and am munching when I forget to mute my mic. A parent that allows their child to voice chat with strangers on the internet either believes their child is mature enough to do so or are terrible parents. Either way, it is not MY responsibility to shield or deter them from what I choose to do. Buzz off loser

Most younger people feel they are being cool because they're doing something taboo. Making drug use taboo is the only reason people brag about it. If cutting your toenails was considered taboo people would be clipping toenails mid golgoroth.

Sounds like you are making a big deal over nothing. Young people glam drugs. About the kids. Mind telling me why it is my job to raise someone else's kid? Children should have their online interactions monitored by their parents.
