What would you rate Dragon Age Inquisition?
So, I just bought the game for 60% off with all of its DLCs. I'm not a fan of the whole dungeons and dragons fantasy setting, but even with that, I still managed to like Skyrim. And also, Mass Effect is my favourite series, which is also made by BioWare!
Will I like this game? How did you like it? Or did you not?

Something felt different. Story felt too cliche and forced. Barely got passed the beginning of the game. I'll give it a second chance eventually. Looking back on the story, I think I liked the more long, drawn out, slow paced, wordy stories of the first two. I think they tried to make Inquisition more action packed.

Good enough to play through once for me. Sad that I couldn't play other races though. Also annoyed with all the side quest shit I had to do to progress through the story so I haven't touched it since.

Really good game, but I couldn't stand the combat. At first it was because I was playing a filthy DW rouge, but after switching to warrior I still couldn't get into it. Can't say there's anything else I didn't like though.

I'd give it a solid 7/10, but I tend to rate low. It has its issues, but overall I enjoyed the game and I'm looking forward to grabbing the DLC when I have some downtime. My only real complaint was that some areas were fairly empty and the lore was starting to show a lack of diversity. There were however entire areas devoted to lore and general exploration, rather than anything related to the main story. That's a mixed bag depending on how into the lore you are.

It's a retty good game. Its still not near as good as Dragon age origins was (definitely worth playing it first for the story and context, its amazing), but DAI still has a lot that's going for it. There are only 3 real issues to be had with The game. 1, it is the first DA game to be entirely free roam, but the areas you roam around are filled with tedious things to do. There are far less amazing sidequests than the previous 2 games, instead you get a lot of miscellaneous tasks it's bigger and more beautiful, but ultimately it's lifeless. 2. Some of the most interesting questlines are presented in a very boring way. You have your war table, which you use to send agents to complete missions in real time. While many have interesting stories and completing certain ones allows You to unlock more in a chain, they only requires you to press A and send someone. Its not really all that fun, just a chore. And #3, a lot of people do not like the combat of the game. Dragon age is not an action game, it is a strategy game with action elements. Combat involves you controlling all 4 members of your party at the same time by switching between them, placing them, and telling what to use and when. In DAI, the game focussed more on the action aspect, which makes it easier for some people to get into, but overall a lot of players dislike the combat (not me, but then again I loved the DA1 and DA2 combat) Story is amazing, though leaves you a bit confused if you don't play previous games. I still reccomend it 8.5/10, well worth a play through.

Its great, only problem I had with the game is the Story. There isn't much compared to Origins or Mass Effect. You get huge pauses between each segment and you have to be on a certain level to not have problems completing certain mission. Its fun overall but a lot less story than other BW titles.

8.5 - 9/10 great game. It's as good as Dragon Age Origins but with improved gameplay. Only things I didn't like were the grinding for power points and the combat system but that combat is in every DA game unfortunately

If give it an 8.0. It felt too much like an mmo for me personally. I also didn't like the combat and it just generally made me bored.

I couldn't get into DA: I, played around ten hours. I would never rate a game out of ten when not completed.

I'd give it a solid 8. You'll enjoy the gameplay and characters. The game does get more political then "save the world". Don't know about its multiplayer community.
