A nerf was needed for HoS, no one can deny that. But you went too far. The tank class isn't a tank in super. One GG shot now takes them down, whereas a striker takes two mid super. As does many of the other supers. Stormcaller moves so fast and has a buff that makes it tank two hammers. The class wearing cloth armor. Tanks two hammers. The splash damage, speed, and tracking are so low that hitting anything moving is a nightmare, whereas supers like novabomb and GG have huge splash damage or great aim assist.
Why not hit the other classes? We all know they have issues as well that have yet to be addressed. Especially warlocks with their melee range and power. Not to mention their super burn which should be addressed since Titans lost their only DoT ability.
If nothing else, make the armor/speed/recovery stats actually matter and make them accurately represent the armor that the class is wearing.

My biggest problem is that three perks that were in no way over the top got over nerfed cause of falls allegations like "it's blast radius is like nova bomb". It wasn't even as big as a a rocket launcher. Now there is no way for a single hammer to kill two targets while Stormtrance and arc blade both have more attacks, faster attack rate, and AoE capable of killing up to 3 guardians.
