I'm a not a man of word, I'm a man of action. My allegiance lies with an outside benefactor with interest in this region.

-
"And what would that interest be? The locals? The animals? The flora?"
-
What is this place, and why exactly are you all here?
-
"This planet is Corra, and Fireteam November is here for the CRAP."
-
CRAP?
-
"The combat readiness assault program evaluation."
-
So they send you here to survive and train... For what?
-
"It's to make sure we can handle ourselves. Make sure we can survive with nothing but our wits and whatever we can find here"
-
Who dropped you out here?
-
"An NF ship. They don't stick around. Puck us up at the end of the week."
-
NF and this FN, are they one in the same?
-
"Fireteam November."
-
Ah. And that is?
-
"An elite team of soldiers, called in when shit goes down".
-
Ah. Special forces. Rather effective training, I so rarely see it used nowadays...
-
"What? You're a special forces unit?"
-
At one point, yes. United States Marine Corps. Marine Force Recon, sniper.
-
"Huh. Nice. Jamaican special forces."
-
Can't say I ever worked in the field with them, but Special Forces operators are all universally brilliant men and women.
-
"Either that or just hella good at their job."
-
It takes more than just training and experience to make a good soldier. You need good men who are willing to lay down their life for what they believe in.
-
"At first I didn't have the first two things. I was just a guy with a gun and a greyhound by his side. I got better, and I became a great soldier,"
-
Men of honor come from humble origins.
-
"Or an experiment that your forced to kill because people have formed a monarchy and started attacking you."
