Reporting them is all you really can do. Posting a video will just net you a bunch of replies from wannabe Mentors telling you to take it down since it violates the code of -blam!-ery *ahem* conduct

If you've reported them in game, then you've done the best thing you can do. Bungie also a contact form for reporting suspected cheaters.
