I hope it's a joke, and really thonk it is, cause blaming it on a game is sad. It's just bad planing and organising. Unfortunately. But still if it's not a joke I hope you can pull yourself out of it and get your life back on track. My advice, sell your xbox or ps4 right away. If it is a joke it's equally as sad to try to get attention this way 😂
