Twilight Garrison
I don't know if someone already noticed this but the logo on Twilight Garrison is the same as the vault's logo. Is it perhaps the City's symbol?

Possibly. I disagree with people saying it's Omolon though. If it were, it's exotic perk would have the Omolon symbol.

Well since the titans are the defenders of the city, which is said by Zavala in the sunbreaker quest, i would say yes.
