Hammer damage wasn't decreased, you are on a whole new level of stupid.

Splash damage and hammer travel time was nerfed, hitting someone with a hammer at their feet doesn't kill them anymore.

Directly at feet will kill. In vicinity won't. Hammer travel speed was only reduced 1.32%, which is not even a noticeable difference

Bungies 1 percent is not the same as our one percent, good luck landing hammers on people now.

And for the record, a melee that does well over 150 damage with its burning affect, and 2 of the best grenades in the game (Fusion, Incendiary) to go along with titan skating and a skill tree that still completely supports it's already very powerful super, and you're saying it's not viable? Throw the garrison on and you have an evade now that you can use while skating = Still not viable? Throw Armamentarium on for more nades = Still not viable? Come on dude.

You do realize that beforehand it was literally L1 R1 for instant enemy team wipe right? I do think the blast radius was nerfed and it shouldn't have been, but the class is still very viable, and all it means is that hammers have to actually be aimed instead of just throwing it in the direction of the enemy and run off to the next one. It's balanced. It still wrecks in the right hands.
