I don't -blam!-ing have a twilight garrison. I saved up four chest exotic armor pieces and got the shitty hunter one three times, plus a Luppi.
Also, being forced to use a certain exotic to make your class relevant should not be the way to balance classes.
All they had to do was nerf cauterize, not EVERYTHING.
