Alright so what I find annoying is that I cannot seem to kill a sniper while I'm pumping them in the face with MIDA. AA does next to nothing for snipers but the recovery time between each flinch is a little to short. Players should have no problem challenging with a scout rifle if their aim is precise. Both weapons shot reward precision and many players get robbed of their reward time and time again by snipers. Snipers should be difficult to use and not everyone should be able to use them. They should only reward a skilled hand and a player new to sniping should not be able to pull off clutch shots with them. Seasoned vets will find that they can still get their shot off. Newer players will have trouble. It should be an art form learned through practice. Not just picked up. I don't wanna see snipers unusable, just want a chance to be able to beat them at range with a ranged weapon. Every play style should be encouraged and challenging with a scout should be viable.
P.S. I added the numbers in parenthesis to show the scalar by what the amount would come to be in relation to percents. Most people said bungie lied in patch notes but most people forgot how percents work. Percents are represented in terms of 1, not 100. So from 0-1 not 0-100

I feel to better snipers in general bungie should: -reduce ALL non precision hits across the board -increase ALL precision hits across the board -Make equip and ready/holster time much slower -reduce bullet curve/magnetism Snipers are supposed to reward those with a great shot. So make body hits unrewarding. Snipers, again, should require a steady hand and good shot. Since there is scope glare and generally snipers aren't hidden, they should be easily killed if the shot isn't well placed. Much like shotguns, shotguns require incredibly close quarters now, and even more so after patch. So why should snipers reward those who make mistakes. It should be the same with all secondaries. You get one shot and if you blow it, you better run or be killed.
