Ironically yes, yes it does. Because many hardcore "sweaty" players run snipers as their primary weapon nowadays for the entirety of most matches and take no shit for doing so, I believe Shotguns are finally in their perfect spot in the meta. The only thing that needs changed are fusion Rifles; they were literally ruined with this last patch update nerfing their overall stability, during 2.0 I think that they were almost perfect.
