Never seen it happen. ...and, once again, this was a clean kill on the player the OP took out. The only way he could have killed himself would have been for the round to ricochet off the player he killed. Had he stood out in the open, there would have been a small chance of a over-penetration and richocet. But that didn't happen here, because he was behind cover within a couple of frames of pulling the trigger.
