For everyone commenting how easy quodron was clearly didn't beat him in the first week
Nothing could get you out of his bubble. Might have taken a full shotgun round of ammo.
Even then you were that close to death it was inevitable death.
Hobgoblins one shotted you near enough. And took two rockets alone to kill.
He took gallys like they were pillows being thrown at him.
This is in my top 3 hardest things on destiny so far.
It's in third place

Edited by BMEarle: 12/15/2015 9:05:30 AMYeah, tried but fail pre-nerf. Finally got him down the second time he came around. The only thing harder imo was post nerf Skolas. Edit: when I say "post nerf" Skolas we all know that nerf actually made it harder because it stopped cheesers from doing gally burn.

Out of curiosity, what are the other two?

I'm judging this off hours spent trying to down. As well as a couple of other factors. Second place has to be my first oryx clear but that is Mainly due to seriously rubbish lfg groups. Think I spent maybe 12 hours first weekend on it. First place was skolas with increased enemy melee damage. I think that was 18 hours plus for my first skolas kill. Other contender was omnigul arc burn nightfall. After several returns to orbit that shit got rough. Honourable mentions go to Crota and vog and the warsat on fallen sabre before they sorted it

Wow, can't remember the exact modifiers when i did skolas for the first time but lightswitch wasn't there. If it was, I would've waited until the next week. Took my group about 12 hours the first and only time. Arc burn omnigul was pretty bad, it would take us a while. My first oryx I got lucky, was in a group with 4 experienced guys and myself and another were new. Got it around the 3rd try.
