Aries decided to pay an old friend a visit. A very old friend. He was walking through the streets of a city somewhere in Old Germany. He still reeked of the blood he had spilt. It wasn't on him physically, but it could be felt. Aries had killed quite a lot of people recently.
As he walked on, he could feel someone watching him, or rather multiple beings watching him. Aries didn't retaliate or do anything. He just let them entertain the thought that he wasn't aware of them.

One of Lakun'ai's scouts was watching Aries through the scope of a wire rifle. The scout sent word to him that Aries was visiting.
-
Aries continued to move forward. His very presence seemed to disturb the area. The air died around him. Flowers wilted when he passed by. Not that he paid it much attention.
-
Lakun'ai was speaking with his dear friend Aliksis near the entrance of the ketch. He felt the air change and the overall mood turn cold. He turned and set his eyes on Aries. "Ah...you've returned. You feel colder." He let out a rough cough and shook his head.
-
" That's what happens when you corrupt two Guardians and kill about a hundred more. And that's not even counting at least three hundred civilians in collateral damage."
-
Aliksis hissed in disgust and left the two alone. Lakun'ai shook his head side to side. "You're changing for the worst my friend. What justifies these murders of yours?"
-
" They attacked first. I made sure they wouldn't attack again."
-
Lakun'ai let out a slight grunt. "The Guardians, maybe. The innocent, those not involved, no."
-
" Not my problem..." You know why you came here. Quit wasting time. Aries listened to the voice in his head, his own mental representation of the Darkness. " I actually came here to ask you a question. Do you remember when you left the Wolves?"
-
Lakun'ai felt uncomfortable but didn't show it. "Yes, why do you remind me of such bloody memories?"
-
Aries chuckled slightly. " A war is brewing. I've got an army of Hive, but I needed something with an extra kick. So I made a new friend. This new friend has pledged to aid me..." He paused a little. "... So long as I reunite his House. I'll let you guess who it is I'm talking about." Right when he finished saying that, two skiffs appeared overhead. They were bearing the insignia of the House of Wolves.
-
Lakun'ai scoffed at the sight of the wolf insignia. "A hive army??"
-
" I can summon about a thousand or so at a time. But a Hive army is no match for a Guardian army. So I've enlisted the help of the Wolves. They'll back my army back. That is, so long as I either join your group back up to the House. Or I slaughter everyone here. And I really don't feel like killing you."
-
"You know I can't go back to what I was."
