This week on the OFFICIAL SUPER DUPER AWESOME FANTASTIC TURBO HD REMIX EXTENDED EDITION Brotherhood of Xûr Podcast!
At nearly twice the length of a normal show, we cover a plethora of hot topics this week and have blast chatting about things like...
The Sparrow Racing League is here! And let me tell you, we are LOVING IT! I have never felt more in tune with my inner Podracer- er umm, Sparrow racer than I do this week! But are 3 daily bounties, 2 tracks and 1 quest line enough to sustain a month long event?
Also, as the US Presidential Primary elections draw nearer, it seemed only natural that our very own brotherhood experience a few of it's own hot debates over topics like digital vs tangible theft, and Destiny's overarching content plan for 2016. Are they giving the people what they want? Or are they enticing us with less than thrilling tidbits when all we want is a new raid?! Find out the opinions of your hosts.
Finally we wrap with a discussion about Eververse and how Destiny has somehow managed to make micro transactions something we look forward to. Also, what else could they get away with without getting into game-breaking trouble?
This is where you come in Guardian! There is a Blacksmith Shader competition announced at the end of the show! So what are you waiting for? Go listen!
All that plus the usual mumbo jumbo about Xûr and our complaints for the first selection after new exotics launched. Needless to say we're not happy.

Edited by a Fa1se Priest: 12/14/2015 6:36:18 PMWhat a great cast fellas, best one I have heard to date. "Theft of trade secrets" is the best state offense that applies to yawls "theft" debate. Even then it is very thin and doesn't really count as a criminal offense in my opinion. I think the debate is more of a question of integrity. Much like if you were to see a man drop 100 dollar bill out of his pocket and walk off without noticing. If you let him leave and take the money off the floor it is NOT theft. What "should you do?" What is the right thing to do? That's the question one must ask himself. It says in part " "Trade secret" means the whole or any part of any scientific or technical information, design, process, procedure, formula, or improvement that has value and that the owner has taken measures to prevent from becoming available to persons other than those selected by the owner to have access for limited purposes." It is not a crime to be a racist or verbally abuse your spouse, but just because its not a crime doesn't mean its ok. I am torn on this issue because I know what feels right but at the same time its hard for me to think of digital game content as tangible property where they have lost money. I think if I knew its supposed to be paid content, I would like to think I wouldn't use a glitch to get it for free. As to your event vs paid DLC debate. I quit playing vanilla as soon as 1st DLC dropped. I would not pay 40 bucks for such little content. However, I would gladly pay another 60 bucks for another Taken King like content. If they are going to release lean content as paid DLC while at the same time making old gear obsolete, I will stop playing Destiny. If they charge a fair price for fair content Ill be a Destiny lifer. I greatly enjoy the events as a filler between DLCs
